Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps in East Mallorca. Promote and sell experiences effectively, handle challenges, and collaborate within TUI's global team while building connections with guests.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences to exceed sales targets
Handle challenging situations effectively
Collaborate with colleagues and partners
Monitor progress with sales and guest feedback

Requirements:

Dedicated to making our guests happy
A quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Proactively identifies and resolves issues
Communicates clearly and effectively
Fully conversational in English
Additional languages would be a great asset

Earn commission starting from 200€ - 600€ per month
