Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps in Cyprus. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify needs, promoting and selling experiences, and collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify needs and offer recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Handle changes and challenging situations
Collaborate with colleagues and partners
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates

Requirements:

Right to work in Cyprus
English language proficiency
Friendly and empathetic
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Clear and effective communication skills
Fully conversational in English
