Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel Reps. If you have the right to work in Spain, live in or close to Playa Blanca, and speak English and ideally German, you'll have a chance to create unforgettable experiences, sell tailored services to guests, and grow your career with TUI.

Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for our guests
Make them feel welcome and happy, building a strong connection with each one
Engage with guests from around the world to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell our experiences effectively to match our products with guests’ preferences, aiming to exceed sales targets and boost revenue
Be prepared to handle changes and challenging situations effectively to provide the best possible service to our guests
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners from all over the world and embrace our diverse TUI culture
Monitor progress with sales and service updates, as well as guest feedback
Celebrate successes in meeting sales targets, solving problems, and providing great service.

Requirements:

Proactively identify and resolve issues creatively before they escalate
Communicate clearly and effectively, both face-to-face and online
Able to adjust style to fit the situation, keep interactions positive, and confident to present in front of an audience
Be fully conversational in English and German.

What we offer:

Basic salary starts at €19,450 gross/year
Commission starting from €200 - €600 per month with no upper limit
Additional €20,600 gross/year salary for English plus German speakers
