Job Description:

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Hotel or Service Support Reps. The role involves creating special moments for guests, engaging with them to identify their needs, promoting and selling experiences, handling challenging situations, and collaborating with teams. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
Engage with guests to identify their needs and offer tailored recommendations
Promote and sell experiences effectively
Handle changes and challenging situations
Provide crucial support for high-profile cases and hospitalizations
Collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
Monitor progress with sales and/or service updates
Celebrate successes in meeting sales and/or service targets

Requirements:

Hold a driving license
Fully conversational in English
Additional languages would be a great asset
Friendly and empathetic individual
Quick learner
Highly motivated and target-driven (for Hotel Reps)
Excel in fast-paced and dynamic environments (for Service Support Reps)
Proactively identify and resolve issues creatively
Communicate clearly and effectively
Adjust communication style to fit the situation

Nice to have:

Additional languages
Experience in tourism or hospitality
Experience in sales or customer service
