Job Description:

Join TUI as a Hotel or Service Representative, combining a passion for travel with creating memorable experiences. Help guests feel welcome, offer tailored recommendations, promote TUI products, and provide exceptional service. Job Responsibility:

Create special moments for guests
engage with guests to identify their needs
promote and sell experiences
handle changes and challenging situations effectively
manage guest service scenarios
collaborate with colleagues, teams, suppliers, and partners
monitor guest feedback and sales/service progress

Requirements:

Valid EU passport
willing to relocate for the winter season
fluent in English and Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian
valid manual driving license
21 years or older
willing to drive abroad
friendly and empathetic
quick learner
motivated and target-driven
able to multitask and work in dynamic environments
excellent communication skills
ability to remain calm under pressure

Nice to have:

Knowledge of TUI products and services
ability to handle high-profile cases and hospitalizations
experience in sales or customer care
