We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals like you to join our diverse team of Contact Centre. A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary. You will be working 6 days and have 3 consecutive days off and additional payments for any bank holidays will come on top. We offer remote working from anywhere in Spain on permanent seasonal contracts.
Job Responsibility:
Listen and respond to guests related to Trips & Activities booked through online channels
Guide guests and travel agencies through online booking systems
Uncover guest needs and match them with the right service solution
Answer questions
Provide simple friendly service
Troubleshoot complex problems
Assist with any technical support
Collaborate with suppliers and Destination Management colleagues to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Right to work in Spain
Strong verbal & written skills in Polish and English
Ideally another European language
Efficient & organized
Problem solver
Multitasker
Good listener
Stays calm under pressure
Tech-savvy and curious
Eager to learn
Comfortable working with AI tools
Able to retain detailed product knowledge
Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime shifts
