Job Responsibility
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers
Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently
Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards
Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools
Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement
Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media)
Collaborate with other departments on special projects
Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions
Requirements
Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
