Job Description:

We are seeking savvy and skilled individuals to join our diverse team of Contact Centre Agents. The role involves listening and responding to guests 24/7, resolving complaints, and collaborating with other TUI departments. The job offers a starting salary of 21.000€ gross/year, remote working, and multiple benefits including career development opportunities and access to wellbeing resources.

Job Responsibility:

Listen and respond to guests 24/7
Proactively resolve guest complaints
Collaborate with other TUI departments

Requirements:

Right to work in Spain
Fluent in German and English
Ideally another European language
Efficient & organized
Problem solver
Multitasker
Good listener
Stays calm under pressure
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Able to work flexible shift patterns including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
