Job Description:

TUI is looking for Childcare Hosts with immediate availability to start work in the next few weeks. The role involves creating and delivering fun and exciting programmes for children aged 0-12, ensuring high childcare standards, and working as part of an international team. The job is open to individuals with an EU passport who are willing to move to one of TUI's holiday destinations during Summer 2025.

Job Responsibility:

  • create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12
  • take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
  • ensure high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
  • answer parents/guardians’ questions, resolve issues and adapt, if possible, to guests’ requirements

Requirements:

  • EU passport
  • minimum English plus one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Norwegian
  • if Swedish, qualifications to work with Babies (0-3)
  • experience working with children
  • recognized childcare qualification/education beneficial
  • fun and vibrant personality
  • ability to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
  • willingness to learn and commit
  • adaptable and flexible
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • fully conversational in English and one of the following: German, Dutch, French, Norwegian, Swedish
