Job Description:

This job is open to individuals with immediate availability who live, and have the right to work in Türkiye. We are also looking for experienced Childcare Supervisor/Teamleader. Please make sure you mention relevant experience in your CV or in the interview.

Job Responsibility:

create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements

Requirements:

genuinely love and have experience of working with children
confidently communicating with parents/guardians
recognized childcare qualification/education will be beneficial
fun and vibrant personality
capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
willingness to learn and commit
adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
fully conversational in English and ideally German or Swedish

Nice to have:

recognized childcare qualification/education
conversational in German or Swedish
