Job Description:

Combine your passion for travel with work, creating unforgettable moments as one of our digital experienced and helpful TUI BLUE Guides.

Job Responsibility:

help and guide guests using face-to-face and digital service
meeting, coordinating, and advising guests
promoting TUI BLUE app and online products
resolving complex guest problems
participating in PR activities like theme nights or team shows
monitoring sales targets and guest feedback results

Requirements:

EU passport
willing to relocate for the summer season
conversational in English and either Danish, Dutch, or German
great team player
passionate about customer service
understanding of workplace technology
flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
ability to work independently and in an international team

Nice to have:

passion for travel
involvement in PR activities
familiarity with guest feedback tools
awareness of local charity and sustainability initiatives
