Calling all tourism pros based in Lanzarote! We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Blue Guides. This exciting role is based at our TUI BLUE Flamingo Beach hotel in Lanzarote.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help and guide guests throughout their TUI BLUE experience using both face-to-face, digital service and sales tools
  • Meet, coordinate, advise, sell, and fix more complex problems for TUI BLUE guests
  • Promote the BLUE app, online products and services
  • Partake in additional PR activities as part of the TUI BLUE guest experience
  • Monitor and celebrate success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results

Requirements:

  • Right to work in Spain
  • Live in or close to Yaiza (Lanzarote)
  • Speak English
  • Digital know-how
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to solve problems
