Job Responsibility

You will help and guide guests throughout their TUI BLUE experience using both face-to-face, digital service and sales tools available
You will be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and fixing more complex problems for our TUI BLUE guests and promote our BLUE app, online products and services
You will partake in additional PR activities as part of the TUI BLUE guest experience – this may range from attending daily theme nights to starring in a weekly TUI BLUE Team Show
You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates with guest feedback results for service provided in your hotel and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’

A minimum of five (5) years of practical fitting experience in a heavy industrial setting is required for this role as a Fitter-Welder
Experience with heavy-duty equipment and materials, ideally from sectors like mining or off-road machinery, is highly valued

Job Responsibility

Execute high-precision individual fitting, assembly (70-80% of the role), and set-up of intricate, heavy components using detailed blueprints
Perform heavy-duty MIG welding (20-30% of the role) in complex and challenging positions, including overhead and within large assemblies like axles
Demonstrate mandatory proficiency in reading complex engineering blueprints and accurately interpreting all associated weld symbols and trade math
Operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment to safely move and position heavy parts and assemblies, with refresher training provided if needed
Prioritize and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, recognizing reliability as a key component of success in this Fitter-Welder role
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering strictly to all safety policies and performing duties as a professional Fitter-Welder
