As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. From the moment you join, you’ll play a key role in making every moment special - whether that’s offering a warm welcome, solving challenges, or sharing local knowledge to bring the destination to life.

Job Responsibility

  • Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
  • Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment
  • Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by reliably handling all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers
  • Deliver see-off speeches on the buses before guests head off to their resorts
  • Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
  • Celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems, and providing great service
  • Proudly represent our company’s values and culture, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism

Requirements

  • Right to work in Italy
  • Live close to the Venice Airport
  • Speak English (fully conversational)
