As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. From the moment you join, you’ll play a key role in making every moment special - whether that’s offering a warm welcome, solving challenges, or sharing local knowledge to bring the destination to life. Job Responsibility

  • Warmly welcome guests and build strong connections
  • Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment
  • Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by handling all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers
  • Deliver see-off speeches on the buses before guests head off to their resorts
  • Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
  • Proudly represent our company’s values and culture

Requirements

  • Right to work in Greece
  • Live in Karpathos or in Zakynthos
  • Speak English or Dutch or French and Dutch
  • Friendly and empathetic individual who naturally connects with people
  • Dedicated to making our guests happy
  • Quick learner, ready to master the technology and tools
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love working with a diverse team
  • Flexible with the schedule, including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts

  • Fully conversational in English or Dutch or French and Dutch
