As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. Job Responsibility

  • Warmly welcome guests at the airport and build strong connections
  • Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment
  • Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by handling arrivals, departures, and transfers
  • Deliver see-off speeches on the buses
  • Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
  • Celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems, and providing great service
  • Proudly represent company’s values and culture

Requirements

  • Right to work in Spain
  • English speaker
  • Additionally one of the following languages: German, Polish, Swedish
  • Dutch or German
  • Friendly and empathetic individual
  • Dedicated to making guests happy
  • Quick learner
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with schedule including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
  • Turning challenges into opportunities
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues
