Job Description:

Join TUI as an Airport Rep in Larnaca, Cyprus, interacting with guests to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and transfers, while representing TUI values in a fast-paced and dynamic tourism environment. Full training, benefits, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome guests warmly and build strong connections
handle changes and challenges in a busy airport environment
answer guests’ questions from arrival to departure
manage all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers efficiently
deliver see-off speeches on buses
monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
represent company values and culture positively.

Requirements:

Right to work in Cyprus
speak English
fully conversational in English
additional languages (German or Dutch or Polish or French) will be helpful
friendly and empathetic individual
quick learner ready to master technologies
comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
flexible with rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
ability to handle challenges under pressure
proactive in resolving issues.

Nice to have:
