We're looking for experienced TTM professionals and motivated individuals who want to gain their qualifications through AWF. We have a course scheduled for late February with limited spaces available. Whether you're already certified or ready to start your journey, this is your opportunity to secure work, competitive pay, and a potential pathway to long-term roles with top-tier civil companies.

Requirements:

  • Experienced TTM/TMO/STMS staff OR those willing to train
  • Physically fit and reliable - you'll be on your feet and lifting up to 25kg
  • Strong focus on Health and Safety
  • Flexible and committed - early starts, long hours, and occasional weekends/night shifts
  • Reliable transport and the legal right to work in NZ
  • Drug and alcohol-free (pre-employment screening required)
  • Current TTM/TMO/STMS certification OR willingness to obtain
  • Full Class 1 licence is an advantage but not essential (Class 2 is an added big tick)
  • Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Overseas applicants will not be considered
