Job Responsibility

  • Deliver required outcomes by managing day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan
  • Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from a project/program manager
  • Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility
  • Help develop procedures for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems
