Tsm / Deficiency Records Specialist

Position Overview The TSM / Deficiency Records Specialist provides specialized technical support for the management and tracking of system deficiencies throughout the OPC construction, testing, and trial lifecycle. This role is essential to ensuring that all deficiencies identified during dockside and sea trial events are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Operating within a dynamic shipyard and operational testing environment, the specialist administers the Technical Support Management (TSM) system and supports Engineering Change Tracking (ETC) processes. The role requires direct interaction with engineers, shipbuilders, and program personnel to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. In addition to system administration, the specialist supports trial events by maintaining deployable IT infrastructure and ensuring data integrity during high-tempo operations. This role is critical to maintaining visibility into system performance and ensuring successful cutter delivery.
