Job Description

Our client, a leader in the HCM space is in need of a Product Functional Architect for a 1-2 year contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This individual will be working a hybrid schedule, with 50% of the work onsite out of the Reston VA office. This individual will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable and efficient HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Learning Solutions. This individual will lead the implementation and configuration of all HCM modules. They will be working closely with business partners to gather requirements and translate then develop them into solutions that meet their needs. This individual will need to be proficient in agile methodology and systems such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering HCM solutions to enterprise clients
  • Experience with agile methodology and systems like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to interface with business partners to assess needs and design and develop solutions to address those needs
  • Experience working with HCM modules like Recruiting, Talent and Learning Solutions
  • Active TS SCI w/ CI Poly Clearance

  • Review and assign correct account codes to invoices to ensure expenses are recorded appropriately in the general ledger
  • Perform three-way matching by comparing invoices, purchase records, and receiving documentation before payment approval
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing questions, payment discrepancies, and outstanding account issues in a detail-oriented manner
  • Prepare and support payment activities, including ACH transactions and scheduled check runs, in accordance with company procedures
  • Use Acumatica and Excel to enter, track, reconcile, and report accounts payable data efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day support to the accounting department by assisting with payables-related research, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Contribute to continuity in a dynamic environment and assist with payables work connected to organizational growth, including merger and acquisition activity when needed
