Job Description

A well-established, mid-sized, multi-practice law firm seeks to hire an experienced attorney or group of attorneys with trusts and estates experience (transactional) and portable business. The firm had a banner year last year, with revenue increasing twenty percent, and is thriving. It offers a collaborative environment with significant existing T&E matters to hand off to the right attorney or team. The firm is open to bringing in an individual or small group of attorneys, and has a strong track record of helping incoming partners grow their originations significantly through cross-selling across practice groups and associate support.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage client relationships across trusts and estates matters
  • Lead sophisticated transactional engagements from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters

Requirements

  • An experienced T&E attorney or group of T&E attorneys
  • Self-sustaining portable business (individually or as a group)
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities
  • 11+ Years experience
