We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join a well respected law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Job Responsibility:
Provide legal admin support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice area
Manage and review attorneys’ calendars
Draft and review legal documents and assist with the billing process
Process requests, invoices, and mail
Organize, manage, and maintain client files and electronic records in accordance with firm protocols
Support the legal team with research, file management, and special projects
Supervise tasks delegated to support staff where needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working in trusts and estates preferred
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic legal environment
