Job Description:

McCarter and English is seeking a Trusts and Estates Litigation associate for our Newark, NJ office.

Requirements:

Judicial clerkship experience in the Chancery Division or Appellate Courts desired
3-5 years of experience in litigation
NJ and NY Bar admission
Strong academic background
