McCarter and English is seeking a Trusts and Estates Litigation associate for our Newark, NJ office.

Requirements:

  • Judicial clerkship experience in the Chancery Division or Appellate Courts desired
  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation
  • NJ and NY Bar admission
  • Strong academic background
