Must be a Licensed Attorney with active Bar Admission
Proficiency in Litigation Attorney practices is required
Demonstrated expertise in Estate Planning and Estate Law
Familiarity with Trusts and Estates, Tax - Trust & Estate, Wills, Probate, and Probate & Estate Administration
Ability to handle Probate Law and Probate Litigation
Comprehensive understanding of Elder Law
Experience in Litigation and making Court Appearances
Knowledge of Civil Court procedures is essential
Must adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct

Job Responsibility

Act as a representative for clients in Chancery Division and Law Division in New Jersey and Register of Wills and Orphan's Court in Pennsylvania
Draft and prepare various legal documents including Wills, Estates, Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Trust, and Guardianship pleadings
Ensure adherence to all relevant legal standards and regulations in the practice of Elder Law and Estate Planning
Oversee administrative and management functions related to legal practice to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Provide advice to clients on business and legal transactions
Take charge of negotiations for settlements in legal disputes
Lead and manage a team consisting of a paralegal and support staff regarding a client's legal needs
Conduct in-person consultations with clients
