Job Description

Atlanta law firm is seeking a Paralegal with two plus years of experience in Trust and Estate Planning law. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent interpersonal skills are important in this role. Responsibilities will include: Opening new client matters, obtaining information from clients and drafting engagement letters; Communicating with clients and helping them with questions they might have; Drafting, proofing and editing legal correspondence, wills, trusts, POAs, advanced directives and other related documents; Preparing signature pages and serving as a witness for signatures; Filing documents with courts; Scheduling meetings and conference calls; Managing attorney calendars; Assisting with special projects.
