Job Description:

We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial Charity working at the forefront of science and innovation and we are looking for trustees to join us in driving change, and making a meaningful, lasting impact. The role is voluntary.

Job Responsibility:

Advise Senior Leadership Team and Chief Executive
Apply experience and expertise to ensure the charity is solvent, well-run, and delivering charitable outcomes for patients, donors and customers
Sit on the Board for at least one 3-year term
Attend approximately 6 meetings per year (including one full-day strategy meeting)

Requirements:

Passionate about and committed to the charity's values and objectives
Willing and able to devote necessary time and effort
Strategic vision
Ability to contribute to decision-making conversations with integrity
Work effectively as part of a team
Ability to advocate for the work and help reach a wider audience
Proven experience in business transformation within the technology space
Knowledge and experience in data and AI
Previous experience of being a Trustee/Non-Executive Director (not a pre-requisite)
Varied background to bring diversity of thought to the Board
