Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Trust Technical Manager to join a growing, independent trust services team. If you’re passionate about delivering top-tier client service and leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee a portfolio of existing client trusts, delivering excellent service
Ensure trust cases are handled efficiently with optimal team support
Supervise case managers to maintain high administrative standards
Deliver technical training at both individual and team levels
Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
Lead and support technical business projects as needed
Contribute to wider business initiatives through active team participation
Provide specialist trust advice to your team and colleagues
Manage compliance and risk within your team’s trust cases
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, contributing to their development

Requirements:

STEP qualification or relevant law degree
5+ years’ experience managing UK trusts
Strong knowledge of trust taxation & regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, organisation & communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
