Trust Operations Assistant

• Printing and distributing client statements
• Tracking and reconciling broker statements
• Entering transactions from Edward Jones broker statements
• Balancing cash positions
• Assisting with asset location reconciliations
• Handling mail distribution
• Preparing Advent download files
• Responding to administrative requests

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within trust operations
• Familiarity with securities and financial transactions is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work
