Job Responsibility:
Handle probate and trust litigation matters from A to Z
Manage all phases of discovery and draft substantive motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Prepare for and attend court hearings and trial
Directly interface with clients and support case strategy development
Requirements:
Licensed in California and in good standing
2+ years of experience as a litigation attorney (any civil litigation considered)
Strong discovery and motion practice background
Experience or interest in trust/probate litigation
Client-facing demeanor with a desire to grow into partnership
Willing to work onsite during initial period with eventual remote flexibility
