Amazing opportunity to join a stellar, very collegial T&E group of wonderful attorneys as a Legal Assistant. This well-rounded role will entail a broad range of administrative support for attorneys.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calendar management for assigned attorneys and setting up meetings
  • Interaction with clients
  • Organizing and maintaining all electronic and paper files
  • Preparing correspondence, memos, letters, reports
  • Initial drafting and editing documents such as wills, estates, and trusts
  • Managing attorney/paralegal billable time
  • Expense reporting

Requirements:

  • Several proven years of legal assistant experience in a wealth management practice
  • Excellent computer skills
