A prominent, full-service Wisconsin firm is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice group, ideally in the firm's Madison office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting
  • Estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
  • Trust and estate administration
  • Drafting estate plans and advising on related tax matters and reporting
  • Corporate and business succession planning, including drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy/sell agreements
