Job Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Trust & Estate Attorney/Lawyer to join our team. Our industry is constantly evolving, and we need a dynamic individual who can adapt and grow with us. This role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be able to commute to Hamilton, New Jersey when required. This is a contract to permanent opportunity.

Job Responsibility

Work with families of people under guardianship, providing them with legal support and advice
Utilize 3M, Case Management Software, and other legal tools to handle cases efficiently and effectively
Research and analyze complex legal issues using LexisNexis and other legal research platforms
Manage legal documentation and correspondence in a strict and confidential manner
Administer claims, handle complaints, and conduct civil litigation tasks
Brief the team and stakeholders on case progress, legal risks, and other related issues
Maintain an updated and efficient management system to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
Adhere to all local and national legal standards and regulations

Requirements

Proficiency in 3M
Familiarity with Case Management Software
Proficiency in Legal Software
Expertise in LexisNexis
Strong understanding of Management System
Ability to handle Briefing tasks
Experience in Civil Litigation
Adept at Claim Administration
Proficiency in Complaint Handling
Strong Documentation skills
