Job Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Trust & Estate Attorney/Lawyer to join our team. Our industry is constantly evolving, and we need a dynamic individual who can adapt and grow with us. This role is primarily remote, but the candidate must be able to commute to Hamilton, New Jersey when required. This is a contract to permanent opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with families of people under guardianship, providing them with legal support and advice
  • Utilize 3M, Case Management Software, and other legal tools to handle cases efficiently and effectively
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues using LexisNexis and other legal research platforms
  • Manage legal documentation and correspondence in a strict and confidential manner
  • Administer claims, handle complaints, and conduct civil litigation tasks
  • Brief the team and stakeholders on case progress, legal risks, and other related issues
  • Maintain an updated and efficient management system to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
  • Adhere to all local and national legal standards and regulations
