Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a proactive and engaged individual to join a rapidly evolving company. The role will be varied; you will be part of a team responsible for supporting both inbound and outbound client enquires and delivery of estate planning structures. The role has scope for progression for the right candidate wishing to develop their knowledge within Estate Planning and Trusts further.

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaising with financial planners as required
  • Developing and growing revenues from existing and new clients
  • Supporting our clients with planning solutions and opportunities
  • Handling and resolving technical queries relating to Trusts, Estate Planning and IHT
  • Managing the administration of cases and having responsibility for our busy helpdesk support service
  • Answer incoming calls efficiently in a polite and helpful manner
  • Recommend developments and improvements to procedures and systems as appropriate
  • Ability to support the end client directly
  • Manage own workload to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Continue to grow your technical expertise and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience of financial services, legal, paraplanning or other regulated industry is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong base level of technical knowledge in estate planning frameworks
  • Can manage time effectively and tenacity to complete to agreed timelines and standards
  • Organised and goal-oriented work approach
  • Enjoy working in a team as well as working on your own when needed
  • Ability to understand complex solutions and explain in a straightforward manner
  • Proven ability to grow business revenues
  • An existing core understanding of Trust frameworks
