Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Trust and Estate Of Counsel to join our team in San Ramon, California. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to high-net-worth clients, focusing on estate planning, trust administration, and business succession strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong commitment to precision and integrity.

Job Responsibility:

Provide strategic advice on estate planning, trust administration, and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals
Draft and analyze complex estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Facilitate entity formation and structure real estate transactions to meet client needs
Collaborate closely with financial advisors, CPAs, and insurance professionals to deliver integrated solutions
Adapt to and utilize firm systems and workflows efficiently
Build and maintain strong client relationships, gradually taking on leadership roles within the firm

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning or tax law
Proven expertise in business succession planning, entity structuring, and real estate matters
Active bar admission and a Juris Doctor degree
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long-term firm ownership
Proficiency in technology and adaptability to systematized workflows
Commitment to serving high-net-worth clients with professionalism and integrity
