Requirements

  • Strong understanding of trust administration and California regulations
  • Adept at identifying potential issues and proactively calling attention to them
  • Familiarity with software tools such as WealthCounsel and WealthTracks
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on legal issues and CA requirements related to trust administration
  • Knowledge of how to apply for Tax IDs for foreign beneficiaries
  • Foundational estate planning (EP) skills
  • Capacity to work flexible hours
  • Help develop system templates for efficiency

Nice to have

  • Litigation experience
  • May need to file petitions for probate or assist with spousal petitions
