Organizing case files

Ensuring compliance with legal standards
Requirements:
Strong understanding of trust administration and California regulations
Adept at identifying potential issues and proactively calling attention to them
Familiarity with software tools such as WealthCounsel and WealthTracks
Ability to conduct thorough research on legal issues and CA requirements related to trust administration
Knowledge of how to apply for Tax IDs for foreign beneficiaries
Foundational estate planning (EP) skills
Capacity to work flexible hours
Help develop system templates for efficiency
Nice to have:
Litigation experience
