A highly reputable boutique law firm in Salem, OR is seeking a Trust Administration Paralegal to support one attorney. They offer the flexibility to work in their Salem office on a hybrid basis, with other days worked at home. Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in Trust Administration, Estate Planning or Probate; Experience drafting Trusts, Deeds and other Estate Planning documents; Excellent people skills and ability to work empathetically with clientele; Strong organizational and administrative skills, such as calendar management, client scheduling, data entry, answering phones and corresponding with clients, etc.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a paralegal in Trust Administration, Estate Planning or Probate
  • Experience drafting Trusts, Deeds and other Estate Planning documents
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work empathetically with clientele
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, such as calendar management, client scheduling, data entry, answering phones and corresponding with clients, etc.
