Job Description

Personify Health is looking for a highly motivated Staff Accountant who will be integral to the Trust Accounting. The Trust Accounting team provides accounting services for the Third Party Administrator (“TPA”) arm of the business. As the TPA of our customers, Healthcomp provides services to administer health insurance, including claims processing and payment of premiums to various insurance carriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting - preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including working with large sets of data
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access – used frequently due to large volume of data
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely manner
  • Enthusiastic team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
