Job Description:

Robert Half seeks a detail-oriented Trust Accountant to manage fiduciary accounting for trusts and estates. The ideal candidate has experience in trust/estate accounting within a law firm or trust company, strong knowledge of GAAP and fiduciary compliance, and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and tax filings.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain trust accounting records, reconcile bank/investment accounts
Prepare financial statements and fiduciary tax support
Manage trust distributions per governing documents
Ensure compliance with trust/estate laws and firm policies
Collaborate with attorneys, trustees, and beneficiaries

Requirements:

Bachelor's in accounting or finance (preferred)
2+ years of trust/estate or fiduciary accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software & Excel
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality
