Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch and assist the Workshop Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the workshop
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, liaising on defects, costs, and job updates by phone and email
  • Check service sheets for accuracy and sign off completed jobs
  • Chase outstanding order numbers and manage multiple customer procedures daily
  • Prepare and issue invoices and quotations accurately in line with company procedures, using strong computer skills
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, quality, and attention to detail at all times
  • Work in line with company values, promoting teamwork, clear communication, and mutual respect
  • Comply with GDPR, Health & Safety regulations, and participate in relevant training as required

Requirements:

  • Service Administration experience
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Be a good team player, assisting other members of staff when appropriate
  • Excellent time keeping & organisational skills
  • Understand the importance of accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to plan ahead effectively and multi-task
