As our Heavy Vehicle Truck Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

Requirements:

  • Hold a HC heavy vehicle and forklift licence
  • Have versatile driving experience across rigid trucks, vans, or other heavy vehicles
  • A solid understanding of how to complete and manage a Work Diary
  • Be safety-focused and understand chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
  • Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less
  • Be fit enough to load and unload parcels
  • Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks
