Help us deliver like never before. As our Heavy Rigid unrestricted Truck Driver and Forklift Driver, you’ll be the face of our trusted Nambour based business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You’ll be on the road as a staple of your community. This is a permanent part time opportunity working 25 hrs a week from 12.15pm - 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely loading your truck with cages for delivery
  • Completing your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Driving our modern trucks between our operational centres and customers, for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Returning to our operational centres to unload pick-ups

Requirements:

  • Hold an unrestricted HR vehicle Licence and a Forklift Licence
  • Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills
  • Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less
  • Be fit enough to load and unload parcels of all different shapes, sizes and weights
  • Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a driving assessment, pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks
