Job Responsibility:
Manage and execute retail events from planning through post-event evaluation to achieve defined event metrics and strategic alignment
Lead and coach employees to deliver consistent customer service and meet showroom performance standards
Develop and maintain social media content and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Conduct community outreach to build local relationships and identify opportunities that support brand awareness and community needs
Oversee partner retail events, providing onsite management, logistics, and training to drive store traffic and customer excitement
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2-4 years - 3 Years Retail Management experience in high volume environment
