Troubleshooting Technician

• Diagnose and efficiently resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions
• Perform preventive maintenance and revisions on machines and installations to ensure reliable operation
• Actively contribute to process improvements for more efficient production
• Perform adjustments and improvements on machines, take measurements, and manufacture/assemble parts
• Check and adjust safety systems and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel
• Record completed work, inspections, and identified defects to ensure clear follow-up

• A technical education and a passion for technology, preferably with several years of experience
• Thorough mechanical knowledge (maintenance, revisions, bearings, etc.)
• Thorough electrical knowledge (electrical diagrams, troubleshooting, etc.)
• A strong sense of responsibility for an orderly, safe, and hygienic work environment
• A proactive approach to finding solutions and a continuous drive for improvement
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and, on rare occasions, a night shift
