Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed
Minimum of one year driving experience
in a similar role preferred
MUST HAVE CDL LICENSE THAT IS P ENDORSED, DOT MEC DOCUMENT REQUIRED
Fluent in English language, must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Job Responsibility

Driving guests to designated locations
Assisting guests with luggage
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness
Concierge duties
Drive the trolley according to scheduled runs and/or as needed for guests
Accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
May be required to drive passenger vans on property as well
Will also be involved with specific transportation moves for weddings and group events

Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
Complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks
