We are looking for energetic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic teams at our Inbound Emergency Services Answer Point Contact Centre in Adelaide. In this role, you may be the calmest voice someone hears on one of the hardest days of their life. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, and crucial role where you will provide the efficient and accurate connection of emergency calls to Police, Fire, and Ambulance services. Your primary focus will be embedding a 'First Time Right' culture, ensuring every caller receives a consistent, high-quality, and empathetic service standard.

Requirements
Experience working in a high-volume Contact Centre environment
Strong computer literacy skills
An empathetic approach to customer service
The ability to work cohesively within a team-based environment
