Join 3Shape as TRIOS Onboarding & Customer Support Consultant! In this role, you will ensure that customers not only purchase a 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner, but also have an exceptional experience using it. You will guide customers through the onboarding journey, provide remote training, and deliver technical support on TRIOS hardware and software.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a structured remote onboarding program for new TRIOS customers
Guide customers through their onboarding journey from product delivery to confident daily use
Verify product installation and ensure systems are properly configured
Deliver remote scanning training sessions and provide follow-up training guidance
Monitor and support customers throughout their onboarding journey to ensure successful product adoption
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in CRM systems
Provide excellent and efficient technical support for 3Shape hardware (TRIOS intraoral scanners) and software via online sessions, phone calls, and email
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage support cases by collecting relevant information from customers according to company procedures and recording this in the company CRM
Provide prompt responses and follow-up to customer inquiries
Escalate technical issues and customer feedback to relevant internal teams
Requirements:
Dental background is strongly preferred
Bachelor of Science or Engineering are preferred
Fluent English is required
Experience with using TRIOS intraoral scanner is preferred
CAD (Computer Aided Design) / CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) experience is a plus
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and guide customers through digital workflows
Familiar with case handling, troubleshooting, and customer care
Willing to share knowledge and experience with colleagues
Good customer handling and communication skills
Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
Comfortable working afternoon shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
