The recruiter will develop a search strategy and deliver in identifying and screening high caliber candidates. Product output includes talent mapping and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint. In addition to ongoing candidate sourcing for particular roles, this researcher may participate in various senior talent market intelligence recruitment projects as needed. Ideally, this individual will take on some administrative tasks, such as coordinating candidate/stakeholder interviews, if capacity allows.
Job Responsibility:
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources to deliver research, talent-mapping, and direct sourcing for Senior Talent Tax and Advisory searches across the LATAM region
Balance multiple (2-3) research projects throughout the day
Methodically track progress and clearly communicate status of searches daily to recruiting leads
Share market intelligence and challenges with recruiters, and modify approaches as needed
Support the LATAM initiative recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordination with local and regional HR teams
Requirements:
5+ years of recruitment or research experience in identifying senior level executives in LATAM
Ability to uncover challenging skill-sets in creative ways
Experience in partnering with business leaders and recruitment teams on sourcing and recruitment
Must be highly responsive to urgent emails and Teams messages
Demonstrated high-level of detail orientation in a fast-paced environment
Proven organizational and time management skills
Knowledge using a CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing through web sources
Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
Spanish reading proficiency and English speaking fluency required
