This is an administration role within the Tribunal Section of the IPO, providing essential support to the caseworkers and assisting with tribunal hearings. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of email correspondence on a daily basis and performing admin tasks using an internal system.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor the Tribunal mailboxes, actioning and distributing emails to the appropriate areas of the Tribunal
Upload incoming emails from Outlook onto internal systems accurately and efficiently
Handle incoming telephone enquiries, transferring or taking a message for caseworkers as required
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Perform a range of administrative duties using internal systems to support case management
