Job Description:

This is an administration role within the Tribunal Section of the IPO, providing essential support to the caseworkers and assisting with tribunal hearings. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of email correspondence on a daily basis and performing admin tasks using an internal system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor the Tribunal mailboxes, actioning and distributing emails to the appropriate areas of the Tribunal
  • Upload incoming emails from Outlook onto internal systems accurately and efficiently
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries, transferring or taking a message for caseworkers as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Perform a range of administrative duties using internal systems to support case management

Requirements:

  • 1+ Years administrative experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • IT literate
