Job Description

We are looking for a Trial Support Paralegal to join a legal team in Media, PA on a Contract basis. Candidate must be able to work 8:30-5 onsite in Media, PA the week of July 6th. This role supports attorneys through all phases of civil litigation, with a strong focus on discovery coordination, trial readiness, and organized case administration. The ideal candidate brings hands-on paralegal experience, works confidently with case management systems, and thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage case files from intake through trial, ensuring records, deadlines, and supporting materials remain accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate discovery activities by organizing documents, tracking responses, preparing production materials, and assisting with review workflows
  • Support trial preparation by assembling exhibits, witness materials, hearing binders, and other court-ready documentation
  • Maintain litigation calendars and monitor key case milestones, filings, and scheduling requirements in partnership with attorneys
  • Use case management software to track matter progress, store legal documents, and improve accessibility of case information
  • Assist with drafting and formatting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents for attorney review
  • Conduct factual research and compile relevant case information to help the legal team prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a civil litigation setting
  • Working knowledge of discovery processes, including document collection, organization, and production support
  • Experience preparing materials for trial, hearings, depositions, or other litigation events
  • Proficiency with case management software and general legal document management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in a detail-focused legal environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal support staff
