Job Description:

A well-resourced, growth-oriented personal injury firm is adding experienced Litigation Attorneys due to a rapidly expanding caseload. This is a courtroom-forward role for a trial lawyer who wants real responsibility, real support, and real upside—no billable hours required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle $100K+ personal injury and trucking cases from filing through trial
  • Step into an active docket with meaningful autonomy and accountability
  • Be designated to cases from crash onward, with deep internal resources supporting every phase
  • Regular exposure to judges, juries, mediations, and experts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of trial experience
  • At least one first-chair trial (car and/or trucking cases)
  • Strong deposition & cross-examination experience
  • Comfortable working with experts (economists, tire experts, life care planners, etc.)
  • Experience standing in front of judges and juries, including voir dire
  • Familiarity with high-volume mediations
  • Confident, charismatic presence—polished, not arrogant
  • Open to candidates coming from defense backgrounds
